Job Description
- 1. Remote monitoring Live site alarms for Bank branches and ATM’s as well as other clients.
- 2. Maintain Logbook for all open alarms.
- 3. To initiate a video verification in case of any alarm/ticket and maintain a record and also escalate to the senior officials if necessary
- 4. Maintain a log for video online offline report
- 5. Prepare and maintain daily site reports for various parameters
- 6. Co -ordinating with the support team as well as software team in case of on sites problems faced by the client.
- 3.Rotational Shift.
- 4.Rotational weekly off.
