Job Description

Typing, preparing and collating reports and filing the same.
Organising and executing meetings (producing agendas and taking Notations/ minutes)
Managing documentation & databases.
Handling correspondence in totality, maintaining appointment schedules & assisting in prioritising work.
Coordinating & Liaising with other Partners and their Offices & Clients.
Maintaining and processing bills, expenses, documentation etc.
Other essential functions pertaining to the this Profile, as per requirements.
Since the Partner who is recruiting & needs an Assistant, is a Lady, hence ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES TO APPLY For this Post.
