- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
- Assisting in inventory /stock Management.
- Help in managing AMC work for AV Products.
- Candidate will prepare AV Solutions PPT, BOQ, and Handover Manual for clients.
- Processing company proposals, receipts, invoices, Challans and bills.
- Assisting and supporting management.
- Should be well versed with E-mail writings.
- Should be able to take follow ups from clients for PO.
- Male Candidate will be given preference.
Back Office Executive Requirements:
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Schedule:
- Morning shift (9am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday).
Experience:
- Backend Executive : 6 months – 1.5 year (Preferred)
