Job Description
"Full-Time Position", as an operational staff you require to understand the customer's problem accurately, follows the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers. The candidate with some banking background. You will be dealing with our customers from all over India.
Requirements: * Proven experience of 1-5 years in the past * Great excel skills * Banking/ Finance background * Curious, humble and hardworking * Good communication and interpersonal relationship * Capable to do multi-tasking and to lead the team towards achievement of desired performance.
