Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for End-to-end handling and Coordination in Receiving and Dispatching of FnV (Fruits & Vegetables).
- To ensure dispatch of FnV to the customers in a timely fashion.
- Monitoring labour work habits and making it sure that all the tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
- Responding Quickly and Practically in emergencies, crises or unexpected problems during the shift.
- Keeping Shift Managers and Upper-level Management apprised of daily operations.
- Ensure hassle-free operations at the Distribution Centre.
Requirements
- Willingness to work in any given shifts and ready for a stretch in work timings.
- Manages time effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrates an ability to multitask on a daily basis.
- Demonstrates familiarity with basic computer programs such as MS Word and MS Excel.
- Able to handle manpower in an efficient way.
- Training labours and being able to draw out work from the team of subordinates
- Experience: - 1 - 2 years in a warehouse
