Job Description

G CARD HOLDER IS MUST 
1 Ensure timely clearance of imported materials
2 Submit and if necessary follow up with the customer for all documentation
3 Continuously up date customer progress on clearance till delivery at customer place
4 Ensure no demurrage on Account of COMAPNY'S  faults and customer time lines are met
5 Obtain prior approval for any demurrage's charges from customer before proceeding
6 Achieve cost reduction in clearance expenses continuously
7 Facilitate timely billing and submission and collection as assigned
8 Support with Inputs for developing and continuous improvements of COMPANY'S  ERP system
9 Develop team leaders and deputies to meet growing demands of the organisation
10 Analyse top client contributing to 80% of volume and improve the process discussing with team as well as client
11 Ensure compliance on customs and customers requirements including statutory and ISO certifications
