Responsibilities and Duties

Checked accounting records and financial reports for accuracy.
Fill the client Mutual Fund forms like purchase, other servicing forms.
Online transactions like Mutual Fund SIPs, Lump sum Investments, Switch & Redemption.
To fillup forms and working in portfolios.
Update entries of Sale & Purchase.
Prepare, record, and analyze accounting activity for multiple investments portfolios.
To interact with the client about mutual fund queries & solve to solve their Demat account related queries.
To attend the meeting of Updations in the MF schemes & Demat accounts.
To prepare monthly records of the clients investments.
Prepare daily worksheet and handling mutual fund process.
To open the client Mutual Fund accounts
