Main Responsibilities

To be maintain relationship with all clients in the entire Business prospects of the company
To be able to coordinate and manage the MIS reports across all program verticals
Working closely with all departments and coordinating the work for the clients
Ensuring smooth liaison with the Head Office
Maintaining a proper check on all documents submitted by the Acquisitions Team as per Company Guidelines
Maintain a smooth workflow for information to be transmitted to clients
Ensuring all work is completed and submitted before the deadlines set
To help administer the Group Databases and Back Office solutions.
This will be focused on integration and training to support the CRM (customer relationship management) database system.
Ensuring the Audits conducted by the teams are verified
To build strong relationship management and integration with other departments across the company
To be a champion on key projects to help improve internal processes
Maintain proper Reports and MIS for all documents received, submitted and accepted by the clients

Knowledge and Skills

Excellent command over the English language along with good Communication skills
Ability to handle clients and maintain appropriate servicing and relations
Good computer skills and ability to work in excel sheets for MIS and reports
Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner
Should be a team worker and be able to build a strong rapport with the other departments for a smooth work flow
