As a developer, you will lead and participate in development projects for our product, and be involved in all development-related aspects of our technical operations and infrastructure.

Core Python development (in-depth knowledge of PIP and Conda packages)
Develop web services API on Odoo platform and work closely with ReactJs team for API implementation
Odoo template development QWeb development
Customize and integrate Odoo with other applications
Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements
Analyze, diagnose and resolve errors related to the applications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Design and develop Odoo apps (new module development, customisation).
Be part of the entire web application development life cycle, right from concept stage to design, development, delivery and post-launch support.
Use test-driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality
Interface with internal teams to gather requirements and develop software solutions
Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.

Required Skills

Key Skills : Python, Odoo, API, QWeb, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, JQuery

Need to have knowledge of API's in ODOO i.e. System Integrations and Reporting and templates (Qweb)
Should have Technical and Functional knowledge of ODOO standard modules
Must Have Strong knowledge of Core Python and programming concepts and its related libraries
Experience in QWeb Reports, UI forms, JQuery and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of Core Python and programming concepts
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Unix / Linux is great to have
Proven track record working experience with the development of Odoo
Ability to Work on fixed timelines and ensure good programming practices
Minimum 3-5-year experience of Odoo customization and implementation
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with positive interactions with other team members
Good technical documentation skills.

Qualifications
