Job Summary:
- ALLINS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is recruiting a Backend Operation Executive/Sales Associate. This role will be responsible for issuing Motor Vehicle Insurance Policies. Necessary training will be provided.
- Primary job responsibilities are sales target achievement and effective team management.
- Involve in daily sales activities along with customer service and relationship building.
- Achieve individual productivity month on month basis.
- Stay in line with the channel initiatives and drive aggressively.
- Responsible for end to end sales process & policy issuance along with customer satisfaction.
- Required Skills and Experience: -
- Minimum graduate
- Hindi proficiency is Preferable
- Fresher can apply
- Good communication skills is essential
- Job Type: Full Time
- Salary: Negotiable. With Good Variables, Petrol Allowance, Mobile Recharge.
