POSITION DESCRIPTION:Position Title: Backend Sales ExecutiveDepartment: Sales & MarketingLocation: Head Office - SecunderabadReports to: Immediate ManagerDirect Reports: Sales ManagerCritical Relationships: Sales Manager, Sales Executives, Tender ManagerOverall Job Purpose: Digging & exploring data from net for the upcoming tenders & Projects, Also verifying them.
KEY RESULT AREA:
Roles & Responsibilities:1. Manage, Nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.2.Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements.3.Maintain well organised, up to date and accurate sales information and activity reports in CRM system.4.Adhere to company policies, Procedures culture and business ethics.5. Assigning the verified leads to the pertaining region sales executive. Need to submit data of the Name & no of leads along with date given to which sales executive.6.Tender reports to be mined & submitted to Tender Manager with due date, also provide a MIS report for the same.7.Time to Time calling & taking review od Sales Executive from the client & submitted MIS report for the same every month.
