Job Summary

We are looking for young enthusiastic talent for our new IT support Team based in Noida.

• In this role, you will be responsible to manage the data integration and interact with the clients of the company. Our clients are esteemed position holders from the Education fraternity

• Feed into the records new inputs
  
• Document all issues in the provided tracking system for future references.
  
• Resolve queries raised by Client
  
• Resolution of Technical Issues within defined TAT valuate and escalate core product issues to R&D
  
• Routinely interface with external clients and internal departments effectively and clearly.
  
• Escalate unresolved client issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution. 
• If required or requested, get on the phone with the client to understand and/ or educate on the issue or resolution.
  
• Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
  
• Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system.
  
• Will be responsible for creating training modules and further instruct new associates about it.
  
• The Company will provide a free of cost training to the selected candidate.
  

• Candidates MUST have EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS. (Spoken & Written)
  
• Candidates from Tech background -BCA, MCA, B.Tech will be preferred. Candidates from the Non-IT background are welcome to apply.
  
• Excellent computer skills. We need to create detailed MIS REPORTS very frequently.
  
• Must have a knack for taking charge and resolving problems
  
• Age Limit: Between 22 to 30 ONLY.
  
• Keen to learn new concepts quickly.
  
• Eye for details is a must.
