RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform Enterprise Backup and Storage activities including management, provisioning, and troubleshooting
Review, improve, and execute disaster recovery plans and enforce backup and archival procedures.
Provide weekly status reporting and customize of backup and storage reports
Administer and manage Global CommVault backup in hybrid Cloud environments
Administer and manage Global Enterprise Storage Systems
Perform server level backup and restore tasks
Troubleshoot backup issues in accordance with audit and compliance standards
Maintain hardware and software upgrades and replacements
Establish and maintain documentation of the current technology state and effectively propose enhancements
Maintain standards and procedures that meet operational, regulatory, and company policies.
Ensure consistent backup system availability and capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in Design and implement solutions for data backup, and enterprise storage
Experiences in CommVault or similar enterprise backup environment
Experiences with backup, disaster recovery, and archiving to the Cloud
Experiences supporting SAN and NAS infrastructure
Good knowledge and understanding of Backup and Recovery Best Practices
Flexible personality that can foster positive and collaborative relations w/customers and peers in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
