Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:-
• On-Job Training.
• Ensure deliverables to client and ensure good turn around time.
• Develop good sourcing skills.
• Critically analyzing the requirement & doing project analysis.
• Responsible for provisioning Core Banking.
• Gathering requirements from the client for Interfaces and Core Banking.
• Analysed change requests for the existing bank systems.
• Understanding the client requirements and analysing the requirements with that of Core Banking and involved in preparing Gap analysis and Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Presenting Solution to the Client Requirements.
• Followed all the Quality Related Activities and Involved in supporting various QA teams.
• Capable of working in-group as well as independently.
• Participated in Business meeting for understanding client must-haves.
• Assisting System Analyst in converting Business Requirements into Functional Specification.

Requisites:-
• Good to have – Javascript, Java, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS.
• Good to have experience in developing window-based applications using Database (SQL, Oracle) / Stored procedures
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Good logical, computational and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of database (Oracle, SQL).
• Candidate should be capable to work in a team, be flexible as per business need and project a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated individual contributor.
