Roles and Responsibilities for Banquet Manager:
Discuss with guests regarding arrangements and rate negotiations wherever applicable. Consulting Director of F&B regarding VIP functions is aware of annual budgets both operating and expenditure for the department and ensures that these are met. Keeping track of the day's functions and the relevant setup asked by the guests
Roles and Responsibilities for Banquet Coordinator:
Under the guidelines of the F&B Manager to sell available Banquets Venues for conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and receptions with a view to promoting Food & Beverage and room revenue. Desired Candidate Profile Should has knowledge of Banquets
Experience: 1 to 10 Years
Salary: Depend On Experience And Knowledge (15k To 35k) +
Service Charge + Tips
Pay Scale: Rs. 15000-22000
