Role & Responsibility: -
- Responsible for Gathering IT requirements from US based clients .
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed
candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Lead
Generation from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making
job postings on the Job Portal.
- Creating
new Clients to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire)
position.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding
client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Desired Candidates:
- Looking for
candidates with min 6 months to 3 year exp in US IT recruitment Sales.
- we can even
look for someone have experience of working in International BPO Sales
- Should have
excellent communication skills.
- Good
interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Must be
proactive & self-driven.
- Must be a
quick thinker.
- Should be
able to handle Pressure
- Should have
thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
