JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT

Responsible for delivering the prescribed customer experience and sales for the StudioWest brand.

JOB CONTEXT

Meet/exceed customer experience metrics & sales targets and be rewarded accordingly
Maintaining optimum stock: Assist the Beauty Manager in the ordering of stock, by tracking stock on hand, sales trends, best-sellers & slow moving products.
Knowledgeable & trained to suggest products that are appropriate for the customer
Manage display as per guidelines
Implement promotions as per guidelines
Allows customer to browse without being invasive
Daily Operations:Customer Service:

The job involves sales assistance to customers.
He / She recommends products basis suitability to the customer.
He / she should also take an initiative in demonstrating application of products or creation of looks.
To take responsibility for customers’ follow up.
Work as a team-player to deliver highest levels of customer experience Stock
Stock is placed on the counter as per the correct merchandising plan.
Feedback to the Beauty Manager on trends, sales and stock, basis customer experience.
To ensure shrinkage is within the target.
Responsible for stock reconciliation.
Cleaning/ Tidying
To clean and maintain all fixtures and fittings/bins so that they are dust/stain free at all times, and hence maintain a tidy and clean sales floor.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Academic qualification: Preferably H.S.C., though this requirement is not essential.
Previous experience of at least one year in beauty industry is preferable.
Aptitude for Customers & Service, affinity for the Category and Product Knowledge.
She / He should be well groomed (in context of SW benchmarks), professional and approachable.
Good communication skills and a pleasant, approachable personality are essential.
Fluency in spoken English & Knowledge of one local language is a must.
RELATIONSHIP

EXTERNAL:

Customers – to consistently deliver the levels of customer experience as per SW guidelines.

INTERNAL:

Beauty Manager, Store Manager & Other Sales Staff - Instructions/constant interaction and working contacts.
Relationship with peer group and external brand BAs has to be excellent.
He / She has to be approachable and flexible at all times.
