Job Summary
- Greet customers upon arrival
- Conducting facials and massages
- Giving clients manicure and pedicures
- Listening to and advising clients
- Coordinate updated client records with front office (e.g. contact details and treatments)
- Recommend hairstyles and nail colors to match clients’ needs and personal style
- Knowledge and application about new makeup products according to trends
- Provide guidelines to clients on how to take care of their skin
- Cross-sell therapies and beauty products, when relevant.
