Job Description
Applications are invited for recruitment/empanelment of following manpower purely on contract basis for deployment in the office of Directorate of Publications Division (DPD), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, New Delhi.
1. Name of Post: Business Executive
2. Essential Qualification:
(i) Graduation
(ii) PG Diploma in advertisement and marketing with minimum 2 years’ experience.
(iii) Experience in e-Commerce and e-Publishing will be preferred qualification.
3. Consolidate Fee: Rs.25,000/- per month
4. Duties to be Performed:
(i) Supply of books on gratis for Business Promotion.
(ii) Handling grievances relating to Books/ecommerce.
(iii) Co-ordination for sale of Books on ecommerce platforms
(iv) Business promotions through online medium.
(v) Updating social media.
(vi) Co-ordination for participation in International Book Exhibitions and Fairs.
(vii) Co-ordination for display/running of Mobile Vans.
(viii) Supervision of marketing and sale of books.
(ix) Circulation, Sales promotion and Dispatch coordination with zonal Sales Emporia.
(x) Liaison with book agent/ distributors.
(xi) Circulation of journals, preparation of print order; co-ordination with Postal Department/Courier agency.
(xii) Co-ordination for advertisements for journals.
(xiii) Co-ordination for supply of complementary copies of Journals to Ministry and VVIPs.
(xiv) Ensure timely start of the subscription received online as well as offline.
(xv) Reply of complaints and Grievances for subscribers.
Age Limit:
Maximum age to be 40 years on the date of issue of this advertisement.
