Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) requires the following personnel on contract basis for Bengaluru Complex.

3. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (4-year course) Engineering degree in relevant discipline from recognized University / Institution / College with 55% and above for General/EWS/OBC candidates & Below 55% for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates
4. Minimum Post Qualification Experience as on 01.01.2022: Minimum 02 years of relevant industrial post qualification experience.
5. Consolidated remuneration per Month:
1 st Year- Rs. 40,000/-
2 nd Year - Rs. 45,000/-
3 rd Year - Rs. 50,000/-
4 th Year - Rs. 55,000/-
6. Terms Of Engagement & Allowance:
Project Engineers will be engaged for an initial period of 03 years which may be extended further for a period of 01 year (maximum tenure of 04 years) based on project requirement and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 1 st year, Rs. 45,000/- per month for 2nd year, Rs. 50,000/- per month for 3rd year and in the event of extension of contract, the remuneration shall be Rs. 55,000/- per month for 4 th year.
Age Limit:
Upper Age limit as on 01.01.2022: 32 years
Application Fees:
Rs.500/-. Candidates belonging to SC, ST & PwBD categories are exempted from payment of application fee.
