Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) invites application for the position Trainee Officer I
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) requires the following personnel on contract basis for Bengaluru Complex.
1. Post Name: Trainee Officer (Finance)-I
2. No. of Posts: 11
3. Qualification: Two years MBA in Finance from reputed University/ Institution/ College with 55% and above for General / EWS / OBC candidates & Below 55% for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.
4. Minimum Post Qualification Experience as on 01.01.2022: Minimum 06 Months of relevant post qualification experience.
5. Consolidated remuneration per Month:
1st Year-Rs. 30,000/-
2nd Year-Rs.35,000/-
3rd Year-Rs.40,000/-
6. Terms Of Engagement & Allowance:
i. Trainee Engineers will be engaged for an initial period of 02 years and may be extended further for a period of 01 year (maximum tenure of 03 years) based on project requirement and individual performance.
ii. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30,000/- per month for the 1st year, Rs. 35,000/- per month for 2nd year and in the event of extension of contract, the remuneration shall be Rs.40,000/- per month for 3rd year. In addition to the remuneration indicated above, a consolidated amount of Rs. 12,000/- per year will be paid towards expenses like medical insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.

Upper Age limit as on 01.01.2022: 28 Years

Rs.200/- Candidates belonging to SC, ST & PwBD categories are exempted from payment of application fee.
