Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- You will be responsible for IT Recruitment (End-End) for US operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establishes contacts with candidates and prospective vendors Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references working with vendors, touch base on bench candidates Act as liaison between applicant.
- Hiring Managers and Resource Managers co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.
- Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the applicant gets on boarded.
