Job Description
- Immediate opening for Bench sales recruiter with 0-1 yrs of relevant experience.
- Willing to work in night shifts (6.30 pm to 3.30 am)
- Under graduates are also eligible for this position.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
Job Roles:
- Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp 1099.
- Must have good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process.
- Must be capable to identify new clients (tier-1 vendors direct clients) & also need to have good
- network of tier-1 vendors & Direct clients for providing staffing solutions.
- Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source
- C2C requirements.
- Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and
- closing skills.
- Must have a good understanding of all IT technologies.
- Must be a good team player and result driven.
- Must have a good attitude. Important requirements
- Must be willing to work towards direct client acquisitions.
- MUST own the position for which hired, meaning must take ownership towards their work responsibilities.
