We are hiring for the position of Bench Sales Recruiter.

Location: - Isnapur, Patancheru, Hyderabad.

Experience: - 0-5 years

Shift: - Night Shift (Timings 7.00 PM IST to 4.30 AM IST),

Job Description: - 

• Bench Sales Marketing for US Staffing should be able to build strong network of Vendors with good business relationship. 
• Keep a track of our consultant's submissions & close positions effectively, Market the consultants to a wide range of contacts, via social media, profile postings on portals etc. 
• Maintain close business relations with clients & place our consultants.
  

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Need to develop good relations with Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation partners, build strong connection and network to build the H1B Transfer resources from their own database and Industry referrals.
  
• Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants, Need to have capacity to interact with Senior Consultants, screening their profiles and guiding them on the latest trends in the technologies.
  
• Responsible for full cycle of recruitment From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc., to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.
  
• Coordinating the interviews between client and candidates effectively to make the event successful.
  
• Uploading resumes on Monster, Dice, JobServe, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Google etc. and sourcing requirements.
