Job Description
Job Summary:
- Prepare GRN, STN, E-way Bill , invoice & delivery challan for all inward and outward
- material, data collection from all vendors.Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Data Entry of Material Inward & Outward
- Carry out transactions in the system and MIS-Excel
- Filling E-bill for the material
- Responsible for the follow-up with customer on regular basis for closing lead
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have good computer knowledge.
- Filling, Book Keeping, Maintaining and follow up of schedule. General Admin work. Courier Management, Handling phone calls Transport, Coordinating with the Vendors and clearing the bills for Mobile, Telephone
- Should be a Female Graduate with 1 to 2 Years of experience in Back Office
- She should be able to communicate in English fluently with client.
- Good Knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel/ Word.
- Should know voucher making, tally entry, challan, bills and invoice making, payment follow up, ledger checking. knowledge of GST. etc
