Eligible candidates are invited to attend ONLINE INTERVIEW on the following date for the post of “BIOINFORMATICIAN” ongoing Indo-Australia collaborative project entitled ‘’What is the effect of a dietary resistant starch intervention on the colonic luminal environment and HIV-related immunity and is a feeding trial feasible in HIVpositive adults in India?”

Education PhD in Bioinformatics
Essential Experience Microbiome data analysis, Bisulfite sequencing data analysis and database development, RNA-Seq, Quality control, Mapping, Expression quantification, Differential expression analysis, Functional annotation and Gene enrichment analysis, Next Generation Sequencing data analysis, Testing and implementing latest NGS tools for data analysis, Flexible with Linux, Windows, ubuntu OS, Design & building new pipeline, Programming: Perl, BioPerl, Bash, Awk, R (Intermediate), Web languages: HTML, CGI-Perl, Flexible with Operating systems: Linux, Windows and Cluster computation, Mapping: Hisat, Bowtie, Trinity, Bismark, Kallisto, Solmon and Samtools, Visualization tools: Circos, GBrowse, Jbrowse, RNA-Seq: HTSeq, DESeq2, Cufflinks, Subread and Edge-R, ChipSeq: Homer, MACS, ChIPDiff, Exome-Seq and GWAS (Basic).
