Job Description
- Survey of the villages,
- Plan and participate village introductory meetings along with BM/CSM
- Joining with CSM/BM to meet local government officials in the village/area
- Conduct street survey and form groups as per the Finsigma Policy
- Client sourcing is made in the field directly without involvement of agents/ already existing groups
- Collecting the necessary information along with KYCs from the members/groups for credit bureau check by way of taking photograph through mobile.
- Conducting Compulsory Group Training (CGT) for groups
- Plan for house verification, collecting socio- economic information and geo- tagging of individual member house by Collection officer ( CO)
- Plan and assist BM/CSM to conduct GRT
- Meeting various people including peers and government official to understand the market on regular basis
- He/ she has to plan and be present during loan disbursement for documentations and borrower identifications.
