About Company

SSA and RMSA have important components of teachers' training so that in-service teachers can be acquainted with new methodologies and technologies for better students learning outcomes. The annual training programme is designed at the SPO level and trainings are conducted by the SPO, SIEMAT, SCERT and DIETs. Resource persons at the State, District, Block and Cluster level conduct the trainings on the theme decided at the SPO level. From the academic year 2013-14 feedback mechanism has been made mandatory in the training programmes so that it can be used for improving the content and quality of future trainings and training needs can also be generated for the next academic year.
