We Merchant solution organization of FIS work around enabling digitalization of modern money and provide convenience to Merchant across world with ease of accepting payment. Each time you use your debit card or credit card to pay for something, whether online or face-to-face, there's a good chance it happened because of us. On an annual basis our innovations and technology enable billions of money transactions globally. Working with customers large and small, we help them to take payments quickly, safely and reliably, allowing them to grow their businesses and making your life more convenient in the process.

What You Will Be Doing
  • The team is responsible for boarding of WPT, legacy Yespay merchants onto boarding portal post issuance of acquirer MID.
  • Liaising with UK boarding team for document verification or missing information so that all sufficient is available for boarding purpose.
  • Managing all the changeover on the current records of customers on boarding portal.
  • Post merchant boarding on boarding portal, liaising with technical team to get it setup on servers and NAP. For SME doing the boarding on NAP portal our self or within the team.
  • Boarding Large Corp Merchant with the usage of automation on boarding portal and completing the above setup.
  • Release the configuration/installation Details to Partners/ISV's and customers once the Setup is accomplished.
  • Providing regular registration reports to the management for all the customer boarded on the boarding portal.

Knowledge/Experience
  • The key purpose of the role is Board all WPT Customers in European and US and generate the E \u2013 Merchant ID & E -Terminal ID on our I n-house software (Billing and Admin Portal).
  • Liaising with UK Boarding Team in procuring missing information about merchants on Salesforce and recording and verifying the documents signed by customer for audit compliance and adherence to pricing policies.
  • Responsible to get the linkage acquire Merchant ID & Terminal ID on Siebel and Merlin and applying related charges.
  • Assign the Merchant Setup to Total Support Team to register the Merchants on Servers\Back end.
  • Release the configuration/installation Details to Partners/ISV's and customers once the Setup is accomplished at back end by our Support Team.
  • Registration by using automation and thereby utilizing MS excel for managing large amount of data and accurate details passed to others in business.
  • Responsible to handle changeovers of MID, Bank Details, Addresses & POS Provider for all the existing customers along with the Addition of New Card Schemes Amex, Flexicash etc with the additional functionality viz, P2PE, Cross Tokenization, DCC & Store Manager.
  • Liaising with development teams to provide business needs and for them to make creative development and enhancements in products.
  • Effective preparation of Business Reports, Presentations and Documents for analysis by others and Management decision.
  • Team is responsible to explore new opportunities which helps in increasing the overall efficiency & productivity.
  • Gain knowledge of appropriate company systems & Input customer interactions into the appropriate company systems ensure that they are accurate and up to date, and to allow the company to manage customer details accurately.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal.
  • Quick learner, detail oriented and a good Team player.
  • Good working knowledge of MS excel. Contract evaluation and management.
