Job Summary
A boarding pass is a document provided by an airline during check-in, giving a passenger permission to enter the restricted area of an airport and to board the aeroplane for a particular flight. At a minimum, it identifies the passenger, the flight number, and the date and scheduled time for departure.

Qualification: 10th pass/HS or Above For Male And Female Both

Age: 18 to 30 years for male and 18 to 26 years for female

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Adherence to departmental productivity standards
• Additionally, Reservation Executive could be involved in offering selling competitive prices & packages
• The job involves handling inbound and outbound calls of external/internal customer's pertaining to bookings, reschedule, queries, complaint handling and facilitation over the call.
• To respond to the questions about airline regulations, assisting customers on their travel plans.
• Confidence and ability to handle passengers and provide only the best customer service.

 Skills :

• Fresher candidate can apply for this job.
• Possess an aptitude for customer service.
• Amadeus knowledge shall be an added advantage.
• Good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Hospitality background candidate gets extra preference.
