BOB Capital Markets invites application for the position Senior - Investment Banking (Equity)
Job Description / Responsibilities:
i. To be responsible for origination and execution of all Equity Capital Markets activities including initiation, sourcing, distribution and execution of syndicated financing transactions and thereby facilitating growth and expansion of the segment for the company
ii. Build the ECM platform's standing within the domestic & overseas corporate clients
iii. Build synergies with relevant teams in BOB and BOB Corporate clients
iv. Manages IPOs/FPOs/Right Issues/ FCCBs/ Open offer/Delisting/Govt. disinvestment/ Buy Back
v. Contribute to relationships with the banking system investors and institutional players active in the Indian ECM space
vi. Designing financial strategies and structuring the offering in a cost- effective manner
Educational Qualification: Must have post graduate degree in MBA/CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India/overseas.
Minimum Experience: 15+ Years
CTC OFFERED: Compensation will not be limiting factor for the right candidate and will discussed on a case by case basis.
Location of posting: Mumbai The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) with the organization/ parent organization/ any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary.
