Job Description
The role of a Bodyshop Advisor is customer-facing and relies greatly on delivering excellent levels of customer service.
You will be responsible for all the administration of the Bodyshop including being the first point of contact for customers, booking in vehicles for repairs, processing paperwork including claims and administering cash and card payments.
The Bodyshop Advisor acts as a link between the customer and the workshop and will keep all parties including insurance companies up to date with the progress of the repairs process.
