Job Description
1. Designing and testing of new automation flows
2. Working with the tech team to solve their client's issue through automation
3. Managing the entire bot portfolio (web bot, voice bot, IVR, and CRM)
4. Working on the fulfillment of the goals within the timelines
5. Demonstrating problem-solving skills in order to meet delivery outcomes
6. Maximizing effective methods of automated engagement within the existing frameworks
7. Maximizing the conversion of the funnel and analyzing losses in the conversion funnel at each stage and exploring and executing solutions in order to maximize conversions

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 4th May'21 and 8th Jun'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. A candidate who is an MBA/non-MBA/graduate with 0-4 years of experience in any online acquisition, digital sales or hiring at scale, client engagement in any industry
2. Ability to leverage different methods of tech-enabled engagement with target group with a focus on scalability, engagement, and conversion
3. Ability to be analytical, solving problems & building and executing processes in an evolving environment
4. Must have a keen sense of focus on client success and conversions by understanding each requirement from any client in-depth and finding appropriate solutions
