Qualification : SSC/SSLC/10th Std or HSC with ITI/NTC from NCVT (Govt recognized minimum two year regular course) with aggregate of 70% marks (relaxed by 5% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in trades of Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant) /Instrumentation/ Instrument Mechanic/ Electronics/ Electronics Mechanic/ Mechanic Industrial Electronics/ Maintenance Mechanic (Chemical Plant)/ Mechanical/ Mechanical Equipment/ Electrician/ Electrical/ Mechanic Mechatronics/ Mechanic Industrial Electronics/ Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant)

Experience (desirable criterion) : Minimum one year post qualification factory experience in the relevant trade in Oil & Gas Industry/Similar other Industry. Apprentice training under Apprenticeship Act, 1961 after ITI/NTC course will be considered as experience subject to production of National Apprentice certificate.

Scale of Pay : Rs. 9,250-20,000/-

Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and maximum 23 years as on 01.06.2016 for General candidates, relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates against the indicative reserved posts.

Selection Methodology : Two stage methodology comprising following tests:

Stage 1 : Shortlisted candidates based on merit order of IT 1/N1TC marks, prorated to number of vacancies will be called for Written Test.

Stage 2: Candidates qualifying in the written test will be called for Skill Assessment & Physical Fitness test which will be of 'qualifying nature' only.
