Requirements: 3 - 5 years of experience

Job Description :
- Member of 24x7 call team
- Responsible for monitoring the availability of environments. Monitor Application performance and error logs to insure a high level of application availability. This will include enhancing & monitoring applications
- Participating in the build out of end-to-end systems environments, documenting procedures, including application flows and dependency diagrams
- Working with our internal systems partners provide support for infrastructure changes such as middleware, unix and application installs
- Escalate support issues to other groups (development, network, hardware, vendors, etc.) as required
- Coordinate all activities and provide updates to operations and management. This includes participating or authoring incident reports and technical communications
- Identify potential improvements to reduce the number of problems and enhance supportability
- Participate in the transition of new applications, modifications and enhancements to production support
- This includes the development of call scripts, monitoring procedures, standard break/fix doc
