Job Description
Synopsis:
TurningPoint is committed to meeting our customers Data Management Service requirements with high regard to quality deliverable and on-going support. TurningPoint will be responsible to establish error free and fully functional Data Management Service for the leading Telecom Provider in US. Any service disruption reported by the TurningPoint’s customer needs a strict SLA based attention. Purpose of the project is to attend the inbound calls from field operator and assist them in provisioning.
Responsibilities
- Attend inbound calls (requires neutral English accent)
- Assist field operator by provisioning orders in system
- Assist field operator in troubleshoot and repair of equipment
- Report call status back to respective Lead/Manager
- Extend shift on requirement of volume or SLA
- Support on weekend is mandatory
- Support on late night shift login is mandatory
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Inbound Call Center experience with Neutral English (at-least 6 months)
- Prior experience with US based voice process (additional advantage)
- Strong hold on both written and spoken English
- Clear & audible voice, diction and dictation
- Profound with basic computer skills (Windows & Excel)
- Physically fit to work in night shift continuously, day shift will not be entertained
- Ready to work on Saturday and Sunday or extend when required
- No leaves will be provided during initial 3 months
- Ready to work in late night login shift based on project requirement
- Familiarity with US culture is an added advantage; at-least should be willing to adopt the same due to requirement in work
