About The Position:
An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated customer service representative to join our team in Arndell Park. Taking inbound calls from clients and customers, this is a true customer service role where you will be receiving and processing orders, resolving issues, completing order follow-ups and closing the loop with our customers with outbound calls.
You will develop ongoing working relationships with our key customers and thrive in a high-quality customer service environment.
- Support and provide customer service (Queries and Request response) via phones and e-mails(coordination with the internal team), both inbound(calls from customers) and outbound(to the internal team)
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
- Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, callbacks and holds interruptions
- Effectively deal with irate callers and upset customers
- Meet commitments to customers and other duties as assigned
- Display time flexibility towards shifts as per the work floor requirements
- Display sensitivity to healthcare business work environment
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 1 -2 years of experience in Customer Service (Voice/mail process) or Freshers with strong communication skills.
- Good communication skills (voice and mails)
- Customer-orientated
- TPA/Insurance/Broking industry is preferable
