Customer Support Engineer

Interface with Customers via Inbound for the purpose of resolving routine problems services like Internet, Router, Switching, frequent disconnection, internet connectivity, speed issue
*Troubleshoot Customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, modem, router, switching etc.
