BPO Customer Support Executive
Job Description
Require Freshers (Females) to work for International BPO in Malad
• Excellent communication, convincing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Selling products directly to end-users
• Good at identifying and prioritizing tasks which results in achieving the targets
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated
Responsibilities:
• Inform potential customers about our products using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pitch the product/service accordingly
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances in a mature manner and in line with the company’s culture
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Meet the daily/weekly/monthly & quarterly targets
Qualification - No Bar
Salary – Upto 20,000 pm + Incentives
Shift Timings – 9.00pm - 6.00am
W/offs – Sat/Sun
Job Location - Malad
