Job Description:
· Candidate would be receiving calls from the bank customers and they will have to resolve their queries.
· Queries would be related to their bank accounts, fresh requests, compalints etc.
· It is an inbound process.
· Rotational Shifts. [For females it is rotational Day shift – last shift ending at 9 PM. For Males it is rotational shift ( including Night Shift)]
· Pick up and drop facility provided.
· 6 days working (Any 1 week off). 2 week offs in 2nd and 4th week.
· Candidate would be working on payrolls of HGS.
Candidate Requirment.
· Candidate should be Graduate.
· Freshers can also apply. 2019 passouts can also apply.
· Should have excellent English Communication Skills.
· Not applicable for BE/B.Tech students.
