Job Description
BPO Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be a part of a big project.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Research, identify, and resolve citizen complaints using applicable software
- Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal or team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
Minimum Requirement:
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening in Marathi, English & Hindi.
Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts [Day rotational shifts for Females].
Should have basic knowledge of Computers.
Should be comfortable working from the office.

2. Typing Test [require minimum 25 Gross W.PM
& 70% Accuracy]
3. Final round with Operations Manager
Selection will be done on the basis of communication skills in Marathi, English & Hindi.
