- Responsible to address queries & complaints of the customers
- Resolving customer grievances
- Handling calls & emails of the customers
- To provide them best resolutions of their concerns
- Maintaining quality of the services provided
- Applicant must have excellent communication skills in English & Hindi language
- Open with rotational shifts & Week Off
- Must have basic knowledge of computer & its usage
- Should have good understanding of customer service
- Open with any roles & responsibilities provided in the company
- Must have Industry knowledge & its services
- Must have confidence & good patience level
- Must to understand term 'service'
- Any graduate/Under Graduate
- Min 12th Pass from any stream
