Job Description
- Hiring for international BPO for voice Process (UK Shift)
- One of our prestigious clients is looking for dynamic
professionals to be a part of the BPO operations.
- Process: UK based insurance client (General Insurance &
Car Insurance)
Responsibility:
- Attend calls from clients in UK and resolve
issues
- Diagnose actual issues faced by customers
- Provide assistance with great sense of
responsibility
- Ensure process specific quality parameters to
achieve performance goals
Requirement:
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Should be able to frame sentences with no
grammatical mistakes
- Familiar with internet navigation
- Good analytical ability and quick in response
- Flexible to work in UK shift (4PM – 1am)
- Work Location: Bellandur (Outer Ring road)
- Salary: (14k – 19K) including incentives
- Transport facilities provided (Both ways)
