We're looking for someone with 2 years of sales experience and computer skills that are well organized and can multi-task.
Even FRESHERS are welcome!!
You'd be fielding calls, closing sales, setting up deliveries, setting up shipping, setting up orders for our order picker to get ready for in house pickups, dealing with warranties and building relationships with our wholesale accounts.
You'd be behind the scenes in our phone centre building sales while we have others working our sales floor assisting the walk-in customers.
This is no job, it's a well-paying career for the right person.
Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore KA

Excellent Communications Skills. Able to interpret American English accent

Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
Previous experience in a customer support role
Track record of over-achieving targets
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
