Job Description
• Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.
• Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis
• Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
• Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards. • Ensure follow up on pending claims.
• Prepare and Maintain status reports. Eligibility-
• 10th +12th /10th +3 years Diploma/Any Graduate Fresher 2016-2019 Passed outs • Need Good communication in English One year Bond(Should submit 10th &12th Original Marksheets)
• Salary-14k CTC, 11k TH+800 Variable Incentives Shift-6Pm- 3 Am Fixed Sat & Sun fixed off Cab Facilities available Immediate Joiners
Desired Profile
• Graduates/diploma holders with excellent communication skills
• Experience in domestic/international call centres or medical/hospital billing knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Basic keyboard skills.
