Job Summary
- We are looking to hire experienced individuals who have at least 1 Year of experience in handling clients either technical/non technical or both, candidates International BPO experience are most preferred.
- We are looking for talented resource who can handle the whole process or operations part which needs to be pertain after sales have been done.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle customer inquiries (email and telephone) with a high standard of service in a friendly manner
- Complete clients on boarding till making there website live in domain.
- Contributes to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of there grievances or queries.
- Complete the documentation part and also assist content writing team in writing Help forums.
- Can take a sound control on our premium B2B enterprise clients.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- B-Tech (CSE-IT/ECE) graduate
- Sound communications skills (English)
- Have good command in writing
