Position Summary

Job involves multiple administrative and customer service layers that includes review, investigation, adjustment (if necessary), remittance or denial of the claim.completely VOICE PROCESS.

Education & Experience

12th/Graduates (except b.tech freshers)
Fresher or experience

Salary package (excluding incentives):

8000-10000 for under graduates.
12000-14,000 for graduate fresher + INCENTIVES
15,000-25,000 for relevant experience candidates + INCENTIVES
30% hike for every 6 months.

Desired Skills and Abilities

Process SLA.
Telephone etiquettes.
MS office.
Typing skills & computer skills.
Effective communication in English.
Good analytical skills.

Criteria

Willing to work in NIGHT shifts.
5 days work/ 2 weekly offs.
Transport facility provided.
