Job Description
- We are currently having vacancy in Inbound Tech Support Process.
- Immediate joiners required
- Job role- resolving Windows, mac, antivirus, Email, Printer and Router issues.
- Provide Tech support to customer and diagnose customer's Issue over calls.
- Advise customers regarding the services and address specific user issues.
- Candidates with minimum 1 year experience in Tech Support can apply
- Fixed salary credited on 1st of every month
- No extension of Shift timing
- Huge Incentives (Spot Incentives)
- 40 paid leaves/year + Paid Bday leave
- Qualification- Min 10+2 passed
- Must have experience in International BPO
- Technical Support / Sales profile
- Good Communication skills
- Comfortable with Night Shift
Preference :
- Candidate must be experience in inbound or outbound tech sales process .
- Candidate must be exp in closing his own calls .
