Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and document the conversation/ findings on patient account and assigned WP as per the standardization protocol with required accuracy.
- Meet Compliance requirements like HIPPA etc.
- Meet QMS and ISMS requirements
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Sufficient written skills, spoken English skills and logical reasoning with a minimum typing speed of
- 20 wpm & 90% accuracy. Willingness to work in the night shift
- Works with a relatively high level of supervision on simple and moderate task.
- Would be taking limited actions to logical conclusion.
- Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues and problems.
- Salary up to 13000/-pm, +attractive incentive
