- Proven work experience in voice process – inbound, Outbound, Sales, Survey
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, Document Management system
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
